I'm also in tuned with new players i'm able to help them and teach them rules, not only that im a respectable person, even though people might talk about my voice i can power through to show a community a teen who strives for greatness, and one that has many goals for the future of this said server. Not only this but i have many ideas and being staff can help shine those ideas into the light, as well as help developer.  [b]What separates you from other candidates?[/b]  Well i'm an american, and i'm a teen, but in game that separates me is, my interest in many different things. Im learning to rip models from different games, im a great builder, and not only that im ussualy calm when it comes to people who take their time, or don't understand, on other servers i have been described as "A weird ass teacher, like in a good way" 212th XO Boil (2017). Also im willing to learn new things and i take every situation with what needs be nesseary, like if i need to be sirious i can if i want to be nice i can, do i need to shut up, i  can go quiet for hours if needed. [b]In what manner do you handle situations?[/b]  Calmly and with collectivly behavior i take everything with multiple feelings trying to get both sides of any of a situation, and after 3500 hours of gmod and 2k of those hours being on starwars rp which sounds boring but i learned how to talk to new players, rdmers, cheaters, and other no goods with good intentions of finding a way to keep them on the server as good samaritan. [b]On a scale of 1/10 how well known do you believe you are within the community?[/b]  7.5/10 most devs know me as the only american teen and i beleieve im fairly known. [b]Scenario/s[/b] [b]1) You see someone unassigned leaving spawn.[/b] I would approach said person with intent of keeping them in spawn and getting sombody to train them or myself doing it. I would explain to them that they need to stay in spawn to be trained and leaving spawn again an admin or a mod might have to give a consequence to said person leaving spawn. When i put them back in spawn i will explain the rules and what they should do to get started playing and explain the jobs and how they might aquire these jobs, like if they ask how they can join the empire, i will explain to them that i will call an empire trainer to explain to them and the rules of thier faction and how to join. If these people then again leave spawn after i told them not too, they will probaly get a jail. [b]2) A Recruit has not been trained and wondering around because he/She doesn’t know what to do. He/She seems like they’re not here to Rp and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do?[/b] I go to them and do the same thing i do about people leaving the spawn, but if they seem like minges i will explain to them in a secluded area that the server isnt a place for people dont want to rp, and it will not be tolerated if you want to ruin other peoples fun, you will be given a chance, this is a warning, try to have fun in this server and dont do anything agesnt the rules, or you will be given a consaquense, like a temp ban for no intent to rp. [b]3) You see another staff member and a faction leader arguing in front of a lot of people, it’s getting pretty bad and the argument has no end in sight, what do you do?[/b]  I politely ask both parties to meet in a secluded area and ask them to explain their problem and try to give insite as a 3rd party source and i will attempt to fix the situation without anybody seeing, I will also try to be buddies on both sides trying to explain the other persons idea, or reason they did an action and attempt to fix the situation with out calling an head admin or supieror to everybody there so they can fix the problem. [b]4) Someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server.[/b]  DDoS threats aquire immdeat bans  and i will try to not cause panic with in the communtiy after this situation i will imddeatly tell a head admin or the owner of the server and tell them of a threat and they will deal with it with thier own methiods after the ban. [b]5) A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and self supplying). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do?[/b] I would try to get any proof like reading logs, videos, screen shots and such, then i will then reassure the group and try to keep them calm, i will then figure out whos doing them and go invis to try and watch them and see if their doing anything that the group said he was doing after i can see evidence i will make sure that no other admins have seen this behaivor from the said rdmer if they have i will bring accuzed to a sit with the group and i will say the evidence is there this man will be getting a ban. If there is no evidence i will make sure i tell the group the accused has been seen to be doing nothing wrong and i will warn the group to never make false accusations or it can lead to consaquenses.
